- Yulu Public Relations supports employees starting a family with maternity and parental leave top-up for new and adoptive parents -- based on tenure, top-up ranges from 60 to 100 per cent of salary for up to 26 weeks, and the company also provides an emergency child care stipend of $100 per day for up to five days per year
- Yulu Public Relations maintains a variety of flexible work options, including hybrid and remote work, and offers an annual transit stipend for those who commute to work, as well as a work from home improvement stipend to help make their home environment more comfortable (can be used for standing desks and lighting, to name a few examples)
- Yulu Public Relations expanded its full-time workforce in Canada by over 10 per cent in the past year and provides referral bonuses as an incentive for employees to help recruit candidates, to $1,000 per successful hire
