- Uken maintains a 100 per cent remote work model and adopted a four-day work week in 2020 to enhance employee productivity and engagement -- employees receive a device allowance of $1,000 every two years, as well as a data allowance of $30 per month
- Uken provides birth mothers with maternity leave top up payments (to 100 per cent of salary for up to 23 weeks) and offers parental top-up for fathers and adoptive parents (100 per cent of salary for six weeks) -- the company also supports a network for parents and caregivers to foster community and enable them to share their experiences
- Uken encourages employees to actively participate in their local community with paid time off to volunteer (up to three days annually) and focuses its own charitable efforts on initiatives that support children, youth, health and wellness
