- StandardAero created a student sponsorship program to award four of the company's current students $5,000 in tuition and books, along with a guaranteed summer term the following year or a one-year full-time placement if approaching graduation
- StandardAero provides work experience for students in the Neeginan Institute of Applied Technology's GTRO program -- students participate in 10 weeks of practical work experience and have the opportunity for full-time technical positions upon completion
