- Onboarding efforts at Sophos include an online portal for new hires on the company intranet and a formal onboarding plan, which includes guidance, resources, videos, tools, training and structure for new hires' first few days, weeks and months with the organization
- Sophos also offers leadership development programs for staff at various stages, including a program created for employees who wish to take on a leadership role in the future but who currently lack management experience
