- Ivanhoé Cambridge has installed approximately 200 electric vehicle charging stations at its properties that serve a growing number of electric vehicles every year
- Ivanhoé Cambridge also encourages head office employees to ride to work through an annual bicycle tune-up clinic, indoor bike parking for up to 150 bicycles (and in the winter, half of the parking area is converted into a bike training room), a BIXI shared-bike station out front (free access for employees during the workday) -- and an umbrella loan program for employees heading out for a walk on rainy days
- Ivanhoé Cambridge conducts annual waste audits (conducted by external environmental consultants) at all of its property locations and has achieved waste diversion rates increasing from 43 per cent in 2010 to 61 per cent in 2019
