- Invest Ottawa and Bayview Yards provides maternity and parental leave top-up payments to new mothers and fathers, including adoptive parents (to 75 per cent of salary for up to 16 weeks) -- additionally, employees can extend their leave to an unpaid leave of absence, or take advantage of a phased-in return to work
