Recognized as one of BC's Top Employers (2025):
By Richard Yerema and Kristina Leung, Mediacorp Canada Inc. staff editors (Feb 11, 2025)
Here are some of the reasons why Ausenco was selected as one of BC's Top Employers (2025):
- Ausenco supports a flexible work program that includes a hybrid work model and adjustable start and end times -- when working on-site, employees can take advantage of various amenities such as healthy and special-diet food options, an employee lounge, and subsidized access to the on-site fitness facility with instructor-led classes
- Ausenco reaches out to the next generation of employees with summer employment opportunities, paid internships and co-op work placements -- and helps new employees develop through formal mentoring and leadership development programs
- Ausenco recognizes exceptional work performance at departmental and project levels through individual or team celebrations -- and each department maintains a dedicated budget for informal rewards and recognition

Recognized as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2025):
By Kristina Leung, Chantel Watkins, and Cypress Weston, Mediacorp Canada Inc. staff editors (Jan 20, 2025)
Here are some of the reasons why Ausenco was selected as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2025):
- Ausenco manages undergraduate and graduate programs that give students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, grow their professional networks and receive mentorship from some of the best technical experts in their fields -- the undergraduate program hires university students for paid work terms or internships/co-ops lasting four to eight months, while the graduate program provides recent graduates with paid employment and a variety of paths for growth and development
- Participants in Ausenco's undergraduate and graduate programs are also invited to further their skills and understanding of the company's various business lines through monthly professional development sessions (topics include an introduction to proposals, mapping a path to future work, and Indigenous consultation and engagement)
- Ausenco recently launched the Rotation Spotlight Series, a session where graduates who have completed a rotation or fieldwork share key takeaways, highlights, and connections from their experience with peers and the Ausenco leadership team
