  • Artis REIT helps employees balance work and personal commitments with up to seven paid personal days per year, and provides additional time off with a four-day paid holiday shutdown during the winter months, in addition to annual vacation entitlements
  • Artis REIT rewards employees through an equity incentive plan, offering opportunities for ownership as well as a direct stake in the company's performance -- the plan allocates restricted units based on tenure, which can be converted into cash, Artis REIT units, or a combination of both
