  • Aramark Canada manages a food management fundamentals program that is designed to help the company prevent food waste before it is created -- the program ensures employees can identify the two main categories of food waste in their operations, expected and preventable food waste, and identify the necessary steps to reduce both
  • Aramark Canada supports a number of environmental initiatives and has received a number of significant environmental certifications as part of its ongoing day-to-day operations, including partnerships with the Canadian Fair Trade Network and Fairtrade Canada, the Marine Stewardship Council Chain of Custody certification (2015), and BioEnterprise (network for innovations in food-related technologies)
